Shipping Policy

How Our Shipping Works

NurseWear products are made to order. Unlike traditional retailers, we do not keep pre-made inventory on shelves. Every item is printed and produced specifically for you after your order is placed. This means your total delivery time includes two stages:

  • Production Time — the time it takes to print and prepare your item

  • Shipping Time — the time it takes the carrier to deliver your package

Please account for both stages when placing your order, especially if you need it by a specific date.



Production Time

Most orders are produced within 3 to 7 business days after the order is placed. During peak periods such as Nurses Week, holidays, or high-demand seasons, production may take up to 10 business days.

Production times are estimates and not guarantees. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.



Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated shipping times are as follows:

Domestic (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after production

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days after production (where available)

International:

  • International Standard: 10 to 20 business days after production depending on destination and customs processing

Total estimated delivery = Production Time + Shipping Time. For most U.S. orders this means 7 to 14 business days from order date under normal conditions.



Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier's system.



Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. NurseWear is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. No refund or replacement will be issued for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@nursewear.store. We can only make address changes within 24 hours of order placement before production begins.



Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. NurseWear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier delays or service disruptions

  • Severe weather or natural disasters

  • Customs holds or international processing delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

  • High-volume periods such as holidays or Nurses Week

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please check your tracking information first. If you need further assistance contact us at support@nursewear.store.



Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  • Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors

  • Contact your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number

  • Wait 2 to 3 additional business days as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early

If your package is still missing after these steps, contact us at support@nursewear.store within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.



International Orders

NurseWear ships to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are outside NurseWear's control.

NurseWear is not responsible for packages held or delayed by customs. International orders that are refused or undeliverable due to customs issues will not be eligible for a refund.



Ordering as a Gift

If you are ordering a NurseWear product as a gift, please keep the print-on-demand production time in mind and order well in advance of any event or occasion. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks ahead to allow for production and shipping time.

At this time NurseWear does not offer gift wrapping or gift messaging. This is something we hope to offer in the future.
