At NurseWear, we want you to love your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Personalized & Print-On-Demand Products — Non-Refundable
All NurseWear products are printed on demand specifically for you at the time of your order. These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

You ordered the wrong size

You changed your mind after placing the order

The item does not match your personal taste or expectations

You entered an incorrect shipping address

The item was a gift and the recipient does not want it
Please review your size, color, design selection, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Eligible Refunds & Replacements
We will offer a full refund or free replacement only in the following situations:

The item arrived visibly damaged or broken

The print quality is significantly flawed or defective

You received the wrong item (wrong design, wrong product)

The item was lost in transit and never delivered
To be eligible you must submit a claim within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages).
How to Submit a Claim
To submit a defective, damaged, or incorrect item claim please contact us at:

Your claim must include all of the following:

Your full name and order number

A clear photo of the item showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
Claims submitted without photos or after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation contact us immediately at support@nursewear.store with your order number.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production will have already begun.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
Shipping Issues & Delays
NurseWear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

Check with neighbors and around your property

Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number

If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date
Incorrect Shipping Address
NurseWear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. No refund or replacement will be issued in this case. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
